Her oil-based approach is delightfully impressionistic, while retaining a solid anchor to realism from my provided reference photo. I imagine she's quite busy with Etsy commissions, but she's clearly also quite established and steadfast in her artistic standards. I'd love the chance to own another portrait from her in the future, and we'll cherish this one forever.
